CO Manufacturing in Yorkshire is seeking a Production Operative to join a busy window and door manufacturing line. You will operate machines, use hand tools and power tools, and focus on delivering a quality product in line with the production plan.

Full training is provided. The role is Monday to Friday, days 6am-2pm and an alternating 2pm-10pm shift. Benefits include 21 days holiday plus bank holidays, health plan, pension, free parking and staff recognition awards.

Formación

• Experience fabricating uPVC windows/doors in manufacturing is an advantage.
• Experience using hand and power tools is essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good time keeping and strong attendance.
• Willingness to undertake further training.

Responsabilidades

• Focus on producing a quality product in line with the production plan.
• Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Adhere to Health & Safety guidelines on site.
• Assist colleagues, team leaders and supervisors with production queries.
• Collaborate with the team to generate ideas for continuous improvement.
