Job description

As a compounder, you will fulfill the sample requests: compounding, dispensing, labelling and preparing for shipping of flavors following the appropriate procedures. Pack and ship flavor samples and other samples in general using relevant logistical IT systems. Check stock levels, replenishing where required though compounding or liaising with production.

What you’ll do:
  • Respond in time, according to the priority and indication of the manager, to the assigned tasks
  • Keep the sample KPIs on track and prioritise tasks when the manager is absent (i.e. holiday)
  • Follow the procedure in order to guarantee the traceability and quality of the samples
  • Compound samples when necessary according to formulation (liquid and powder)
  • Complete all document filing for customs purposes.
  • Inform promptly the manager when an issue occurs and use own initiative to solve
What you’ll bring:
  • Scientific background with laboratory experience, knowledge in health and safety as well as shipment processes
  • Ability to follow SOPs and sample from production (Raw materials and final product)
  • Experience with liquid and powder compounder and spray dry equipment usage and cleaning
  • Ability to work under pressure with a fast turnover
  • Dangerous goods carriage certificate and/or logistics experience
  • Willing to work in shifts (Monday to Friday working pattern: 06:00 – 14:00 and 10:00 – 18:00)
