Job description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dexterous and dedicated individual to join a company who specialise in their field as a Production Operator. The company, who are growing in demand, operate with a focus to supply high quality parts and service to all clients and require someone who can support this. The role will report to the Production Supervisor. This position is based just outside of Bicester with 2 positions available at 35 hours per week or 40 hours per week, offering £12.34 per hour. The position is available on a temporary to permanent basis.

Responsibilities

• Use tools, ovens, polishing machines and testing equipment.
• Assemble components and products.
• Support the planning and carrying out of stock checks.
• Check, count and pack products.
• Configure components.

Qualifications / Personal Attributes

• Be able to work well with dexterity and fine detail.
• Show excellent organisation skills.
• Communicate well with other colleagues, clients and stakeholders as required.
• Be motivated to complete work to a high standard, demonstrating good attention to detail.
• Demonstrate the ability to learn and adapt to new processes.
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to own transport (position based outside of Bicester).
