We have an exciting opening for a Production Operator, or people with a similar experience or transferrable skillset, ready for a new challenge. This is a full-time permanent position.

Ferring Controlled Therapeutics is a pharmaceutical manufacturing and research & development subsidiary of Ferring Pharmaceuticals, located in East Kilbride. Having recently acquired an additional site, the organisation is experiencing an exciting phase of growth and opportunity.

The successful candidate will be given full training to join our existing team responsible for manufacturing products in the reproductive medicine and maternal health category. Our mission is to build healthy families and help people live better lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in all aspects of manufacturing process operations.
  • Understand and apply Production and Quality procedures.
  • Respect and lead the Safety, Health and Environment Policy rules.
  • Participate in improvement initiatives to increase efficiency of work processes.
Preferred Skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data recording
  • Ability to follow written instructions
  • Good organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Effective team player
  • Quality mindset
  • Experience in a regulated environment is preferred, however, if you have the above skills, full training will be given
