2pm-10pm • 40hrs per week • £14.89 per hour

Job Overview

You will be assisting in the production cycle of high-quality carbon fibre components. You will work within the Composite team maintaining product flow throughout the department by supporting multiple areas:

• Extraction of composite components
• Mould and tooling maintenance
• Demould and Mould Preparation
• Adhere to standards and maintain documentation
• Use of release agents
• Use of light hand tools

Principal Responsibilities

• Work using approved and documented methods
• Ensure all health and safety principles are adhered to
• Reporting of issues to team leader/composite manager and/or supervisors
• Work in an organised and tidy manner

Knowledge & Skills

No experience required

• Must be highly motivated to achieve consistent excellent results
• Flexible approach to maintain workflow when required
• The ability to work and learn in a production environment
• Good understanding of English language
• Good attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to communicate and interact with people at all levels
