Job summary

Derry City / Londonderry is seeking a part-time Production Operator for a temp-to-perm role. Work Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 2:30pm in a busy manufacturing environment, with immediate starts available and a supportive development culture.

Join a hands-on team, perform assembly and quality checks, adhere to health and safety standards, and help maintain production records. Training will be provided; apply for a role with competitive rates and benefits including bonuses and pension.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous but training will be provided.
• Ability to work at pace while maintaining accuracy.
• Strong work ethic and reliable timekeeping.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a busy, hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely perform assembly and production tasks in line with daily targets and quality standards
• Operate production machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Conduct quality checks and report defects or non-conformances to supervisors
• Follow all health and safety procedures and site regulations at all times
• Maintain a clean and organised workstation and production area
• Work collaboratively as part of a production team to meet deadlines
• Complete relevant documentation and production records accurately
• Assist with stock and materials handling as required
