Job summary

Proactive Personnel Ltd is recruiting Production Operatives for a three-shift rotation at a Buckley food facility. Immediate start with long-term potential and full training. Mon–Fri work, weekends off, plus an overtime option and paid holiday entitlement.

Roles involve manual handling, operating machinery, and weighing/measuring ingredients within a clean, safe production environment. Free parking available and PPE provided.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience operating basic production machinery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manual work and handling bags of product.
• Operate production machinery as directed.
• Production duties including weighing and measuring ingredients.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and clear up as needed.

Immediate Start. Potential for long term, on-going work. Every weekend off – Monday to Friday only. Up to 30 days holiday per annum. Full Training.

Proactive Personnel are working closely with a successful Food Manufacturer based in Buckley, to recruit reliable and keen Production Operatives to work a three-shift rotation.

In return for your skills and experience:

• Over £13.20 per hour basic, plus an allowance of £15.50 per shift
• Pay rise once fully trained
• Monday to Friday only, no weekends!
• Overtime available, paid at an enhanced rate
• On-going work with long term potential
• 7am – 3pm / 3pm – 11pm / 11pm – 7am rotating weekly – all three shifts will need to be worked

• Manual work, operating machinery, moving bags of product
