We are seeking motivated individuals to join our expanding production teams. Due to recent growth, several positions are currently available, offering clear career progression and competitive earning potential.

Starting rates range from £12.55 to £13.55 per hour, depending on skills and experience. Comprehensive training will be provided to support your development and maximise your earnings; progression through Framptons' skills assessments can lead to generous pay enhancement.

Successful candidates will be integral members of the Framptons team, working 4-on-4-off shift patterns (2 days/2 nights) with 12-hour shifts.

Ideal applicants will thrive in a dynamic production environment, exhibit a strong work ethic, and maintain a positive attitude. While prior experience in fast-paced sectors such as food manufacturing is advantageous, it is not essential, as full training will be offered.
