Job summary

A highly successful manufacturing firm in Haltwhistle is seeking production operatives. You will follow production plans, perform quality inspections on plastic materials, and work both individually and as part of a team. Training is provided, and the company offers excellent benefits, including a clean working environment and opportunities for progression.

Responsibilities

  • Following basic production plans.
  • Completing visual quality inspections on plastic materials.
  • Placing completed items into bags prior to dispatch.
  • Communicating with team leaders and lead operators.

The Hours

Monday - Sunday, 07:00 am - 19:00 pm / 19:00 pm - 07:00 am

(Initially will work 2 x day shifts 07:00 am - 19:00 pm, followed by 2 x night shifts followed by 19:00 pm - 07:00 am, and followed by 2 days off, this rotation completed 4 times followed by 10 days off)

Payroll You'll Receive
  • £12.37 per hour

  • Based on a conveyor belt and production line working environment
  • Completing visual quality inspections on plastics materials and checking for defects including cracks, burn marks and blisters
  • Placing completing items in to bags prior to dispatch
  • Communicating with team leaders and lead operators
  • You will be working in an extremely clean and friendly working environment
