Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is hiring Production Operatives in Bournemouth for a hands-on role in a modern facility. You will help prepare, pack and assemble products for dispatch, on a production line, and ensure quality checks are met.

Typical hours are 8:00am–4:00pm with a £12.80 per hour rate. Public transport access is good, and you’ll be joining a busy packing team focused on efficiency and safety in a central Bournemouth location.

Production Operatives | £12.80 per hour | 8:00am – 4:00pm | Bournemouth

We are currently recruiting a number of Production Operatives to join a busy production and packing team based in central Bournemouth.

This is a hands‑on role working within a modern environment, where you’ll be responsible for helping to prepare, pack and assemble products ready for dispatch.

As a Production Operative, your duties will include:

• Packing and assembling products on a production line
• Checking products meet the required quality standards
• Labelling and preparing finished items
• Working efficiently as part of a team
• Keeping your workstation clean, tidy and organised
• Following health, safety and production procedures

To be considered for these Production Operative roles, we are looking for people who are:

• Reliable and punctual
• Hardworking with a good attitude
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced production environment
• Able to work well as part of a team
• Happy carrying out repetitive tasks where required
• Previous warehouse, production or packing experience is useful, but full training will be provided
