About the Role

Do you want to earn a minimum of £505 per week? We’re looking for Production Operatives to join our team based at our Yazor site in Hereford! No experience necessary, full training is provided! As production operative you’ll be involved in the production and packaging of raw food products.

Working Hours

40 hours per week rotational shift pattern 05:00-14:00 / 14:00-23:00 Monday to Friday rotational shift pattern

About the role

So you’ll be working in a fast-paced, dynamic FMCG factory environment which is noisy and refrigerated in some areas, manufacturing short shelf life products where hygiene standards are critical.

Duties include
  • Weighing, assembling and packing products ready for despatch.
  • Labelling and grading of products.
  • Manual handling which can include lifting equipment and products up to 20kg.
What are we looking for
  • Good level of English and basic numeracy skills.
  • The ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively.
  • Good attention to detail and a flexible attitude to tasks.
  • Experience within a production/manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
