Job summary

Gousto in Warrington is seeking a Production Operative to join our warehouse team. You will be part of a fast-paced, tech-driven operation, picking and packing our ingredients and moving through conveyor systems to ensure accurate orders are fulfilled.

You will work Thursday to Saturday from 6am-6pm with alternating Sundays, on a permanent contract and paid weekly. The role requires staying on your feet in a chilled environment and following safety procedures, with full training provided.

Qualifications

• Energetic and enthusiastic, able to work in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Willing to stand, move and work across multiple stations in a chilled environment.
• Commitment to following procedures and safety.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack ingredients to fill Gousto boxes.
• Master conveyor systems and follow lights and buttons to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately.
• Rotate through ice/box stations and support different tasks as needed.

What does a Production Operative do?

• You’re the heartbeat of our warehouse! In this vital role, you’ll be the one bringing our iconic red boxes to life, carefully picking and packing a world of delicious ingredients.
• It’s a high-energy, tech-driven environment where you’ll master our conveyor systems, following the lights and buttons to ensure every customer gets exactly what they ordered.
• No two days are the same—one shift you might be expertly collating ingredients into bags, and the next you’ll be leading the charge at our ice or box stations.
