Job summary

Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment is hiring Production Operatives for a clean, modern manufacturing site in the Thornbury area of Bristol. The position runs on rotating shifts 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00 with full on-site training and potential progression to permanent employment.

You will be involved in machine minding, quality checks, and general production tasks, with documentation completed as part of daily duties. Overtime is available and progression paths exist.

Qualifications

• Keen eye for detail and accuracy in production tasks.
• Ability to learn new processes through on-site training.
• Comfort with computer systems used for production documentation.

Responsibilities

• Machine minding and cleaning down the machine.
• Quality checking of products.
• General production line duties and completing relevant documentation.
• Full training provided with routes for progression.
• Overtime available.
