Job summary

pladis Halifax factory is seeking a Production Operative to oversee loaf cakes, cake bars and flapjacks on a busy production line. You will monitor quality, assist with equipment maintenance and collaborate with colleagues to keep output high and waste low.

Full training will be provided, with safety and hygiene at the core. The role offers on-site benefits and a path to develop within a fast-growing global snacks business at the Halifax site.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a factory environment is beneficial.
  • Attention to detail and quality awareness are essential.
