Factory Operatives - Craft, Glaze, Inspect, Load!

Location: Ripley

Shifts: Monday - Thursday

Hours: 7am-5pm (4-day week - 3-day weekend)

Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour

About the Role

We're recruiting factory operatives across multiple departments – and the great part is, you'll get a tour of the site to see which role feels like the right fit for you!

Tasks

• Hand‑glazing products with care and precision
• Operating machines in shaping or finishing departments
• Loading and unloading trollies with materials or finished goods
• Working in final inspection – checking quality and detail
• Supporting general factory duties across the site

Things to Note

• The workplace can be dusty and warm, so it may not be suitable for people with certain conditions (e.g. asthma or skin sensitivity).
• Some departments are noisy and require ear protection – all PPE is provided.
• We'll invite you on a site tour before your first shift so you can get a real feel for the role.
