Job summary

LUXE Recruitment Ltd in Ware, England, is seeking a Production Operative for a night shift to increase production output. You will follow the manufacturing plan and work a 10:00pm–6:00am shift, with a potential 12:00am–6:00am shift on Sundays or Fridays.

You will join a brand-new night shift team, receive full training, and benefit from a 36-hour week, 28 days holiday (increasing with service), pension contributions, and a discretionary Christmas bonus depending on company performance.

• Flexible approach to work and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture batches accurately, safely and on time.
• Replenish stocks and supplies when required.
• Fill finished batches into final pack.
• Adhere to the manufacturing plan.
• Input data to company stocktake.
• Comply with accuracy and scope requirements for customers/demands.
• Liaise with relevant parties to resolve queries promptly.
• Escalate queries when they reach a certaint timescale.
• Provide information to shift manager.
• Be flexible to customer change/manufacturing requirement.
