Job summary

The Best Connection Group is recruiting for a world renowned paint manufacturer near Stowmarket for a night shift role with rotational day shifts initially. Training will start after a successful interview, shifting to nights (2200-0600) after an initial period.

The role offers long-term stability with potential permanent placement and a start on 5 nights out of 7 (to be confirmed).

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or factory background preferred.
• Attitude and reliability are key to the role.
• Willingness to work rotating day and night shifts.

• Ensure duties are carried out efficiently to minimise costs and waste.
• Follow health and safety regulations, maintain safe-working practices.
• Coordinate your workplace and maintain a high standard of housekeeping for a safe environment.
• Achieve production targets to support department objectives.
• Ensure products are manufactured safely in a chemical environment.

Job description

Our client, a world renowned paint manufacturer require their next set of champions to succeed on their busy night shift.

A great chance to secure a long term, and potentially permanent job in a dynamic and innovative company based near Stowmarket.

After a successful interview, training would begin on

rotational day shifts (0600-1400/1400-2200)

for a number of weeks, before starting on the

nights (2200-0600)

Ideally the right candidates would hold a manufacturing or factory background, although attitude and reliability are key to the role.

This job is so new -that we are awaiting a few details but the shifts would be 5 nights a week (to be confirmed exactly) - 5 nights out of 7

Pay rate:

£16.48 per hour d

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specified products in line with procedures to meet company quality standards.

• Follow health and safety regulations, maintain safe-working practices at all times and undertake any required training to ensure the company aligns with legislation.
• Coordinate your workplace and maintain a high standard of housekeeping, to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
• Achieve production targets in order to contribute to department objectives.
• Ensure that products are manufactured safely in a chemical environment.
