Night Shift Production Operative – Join a Global Packaging Leader

Location: Wellington, TA21 9JG

Pay: £29,328.00

Hours: Full-time | Sunday to Thursday | 10:00pm – 6:00am

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and set up advanced production machinery
• Ensure product quality meets company standards
• Work collaboratively to reduce downtime and improve efficiency
• Follow a structured training pathway to become a multi‑skilled operative

Pay & Overtime

• Night Shift Rate: £14.10 / hour then raised to £15.50 after learning the machines.
• Overtime: Paid at time and a half. £21.15 / £23.25 (post training) per hour for any hours worked beyond standard shift times.
