Shift Times:
  • AM Shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm
  • PM Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
  • Night Shift: 10:00pm - 6:00am
  • Contract Type: Ongoing position
Job Overview

We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Production Operatives to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a manufacturing environment, ensuring the production of high-quality finished products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Ensure products meet quality standards throughout the production process
  • Complete relevant paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
  • Report any issues, faults, or deviations to Key Operatives or Team Leaders
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow health & safety guidelines and company procedures
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production area
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment (preferred but not essential)
  • Ability to work rotating shifts
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills for completing paperwork
