Job summary

proviT LTD in Southam (CV47) is seeking two reliable Production Operatives to join a metal factory paint shop. You will help with assembly, checking and cleaning down products from 07:30 to 16:30, Monday to Friday, with overtime on Saturdays.

This is full-time, long-term agency work starting 17 September 2026. The role offers weekly pay (£12.71/hour, OT £19.06), a supportive management team, and long-term prospects for reliable workers.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work overtime, including Saturdays.

Starting Thursday 17th September 2026 (absolute dealbreaker)

2 x reliable production operatives wanted to work in a metal factory in Southam. You will be helping in the paint shop doing some assembly, checking and cleaning down products.

It's a simple role but does need a good eye for detail and someone who is flexible enough to do overtime.
