Job summary

Industrious Recruitment Limited is recruiting for a Production Operative to work in a busy food manufacturing environment. You will monitor machinery, pack finished products and ensure quality as products come off the line.

The role is on a night shift (10pm–6am) with a rate of £16.53 per hour, located in Buckingham. No prior production experience is essential, but a reliable work ethic and willingness to learn are advantageous.

Production Operative - Food Manufacturing (Night Shift)

We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to work within a busy food manufacturing environment, producing ingredients used in a variety of food products, including jams, butterscotch and other sweet fillings.

Working within the wet plant room, you will be responsible for monitoring machinery and packing finished products as they come off the production line. The machines carry out most of the production process, so your role will focus on ensuring everything runs smoothly and products are packed correctly.

Rate: £16.53 per hour

Hours: 10pm-6am (Night Shift)
