Stannah Group in Andover is seeking a Production Operative to join the Manufacturing Department. The role involves fabricating sheet metal components and welded assemblies to detailed drawings, across cutting cells, bending, robotic and manual welding, with weld inspection.
You will work Monday to Wednesday 14:00 to 00:00, Thursday 14:00 to 23:00, on a permanent contract, with a 15% shift allowance. A modern environment focused on safety, quality and continuous improvement awaits.

Production Operative Job – Andover –
Stannah have an exciting opportunity for a Production Operative to join the Manufacturing Department based at Watt Close, Andover.
This role involves the fabrication of sheet metal components and welded assemblies to detailed engineering drawings, working across cutting cells, pre-fabrication, bending, robotic and manual welding, as well as weld inspection.
As the Production Operative, you will work Monday to Wednesday 14:00 to 00:00, Thursday 14:00 to 23:00, you will receive a 15% shift allowance due to these hours. This role is offered on a permanent contract.

To be successful as the Production Operative it is essential that you have previous experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment and can interpret engineering drawings. Experience in weld inspection and continuous improvement would be desirable.
