A leading countermeasure solutions provider in Salisbury seeks a multi-skilled Production Operative. Responsibilities include following process instructions, quality control, and handling pyrotechnic products. Candidates must have safety knowledge and the right to work in the UK. This temporary position offers a salary range of £23,779.60 to £27,015.04 depending on service length, with opportunities for permanent employment.

The Production Operative will be required to multi-skill across process areas as required to support production output.
This role will be worked over 4 days, working 34 hours per week, Mon to Thurs 06:00 15:15pm. Flexibility in this role is critical to the success of supporting the team. The Production Operative role will be temporary with the possibility of going permanent after 12 weeks.
The successful candidate will receive a salary of £23779.60 - £27015.04 depending on the length of service already held within the business.
Level 1: 0 6 months service
Level 2: 6 to 12 months service
Level 3: 12 months service or more
