Job summary

Gap Personnel Limited is recruiting Production Operatives for a busy manufacturing team in Deeside. This is a temporary ongoing role with genuine permanent opportunities for the right candidates.

Typical hours are 7:30am–4:00pm, with a planned move to rotating shifts in early 2027, and pay £15.00 per hour basic plus overtime at £22.50 per hour. No previous manufacturing experience required as full training is provided.

Qualifications

• No prior manufacturing experience required; full training provided for the right candidate.
• Reliable, hardworking and willing to get stuck in.
• Flexible and happy to help wherever needed.

Responsibilities

• Block feeding – assisting with raw materials throughout the production process.
• Product feeding – guiding products onto production spools.
• Cleaning and maintaining equipment to keep machinery running smoothly.
• Following the “tidy as you go” approach to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Moving and adjusting 25kg rolls as part of a team.
