Are you looking for an ongoing temporary role in the manufacturing industry? Our client, a market-leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Production Operative to join their team in Ledbury.

Job Title: Production Operative

Location: Ledbury

Contract Details: Ongoing Temporary Assignment

Hours: Full Time – 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday (with possible overtime)

Salary: £12.50 per hour (weekly pay) & holiday pay

Responsibilities

• Assembly & packing using hand tools (spanners and battery-operated drills)
• Ensure right-first-time production, meet customer due dates, and maintain quality requirements
• Work closely with the team and demonstrate initiative
• Follow specifications, read work sheets and engineering drawings, and be computer literate
• Operate machinery safely and productively
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness according to health and safety requirements
• Use computer systems effectively
