• Manual handling of food ingredient bags (up to 25kg, repetitive lifting).
• Operating large industrial mixing machinery.
• Completing production and quality paperwork.
• Maintaining a high standard of factory cleanliness.
• Adhering to food safety and health & safety regulations.
• Wearing required PPE, including masks.
• Operating a Counterbalance FLT (advantageous but not essential).

Production Operative - Food Manufacturing

Location: Cleobury Mortimer
Pay: £13.11 per hour
Shifts: Rotating (Days & Afternoons)
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent

We are recruiting for a Production Operative to join a highly positive, well-established local manufacturer supplying specialist technical baking raising agents to the food industry.

This role would suit someone who enjoys hands-on, physical work in a manufacturing or factory environment and is looking for long-term stability, progression and regular financial rewards.

Shift Pattern (Rotating):

• 06:00 - 14:15 | Monday - Friday

• 13:15 - 21:30 | Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Manual handling of food ingredient bags (up to 25kg, repetitive lifting)

• Operating a Counterbalance FLT (advantageous but not essential)

What We\'re Looking For:

• Comfortable with physical, hands-on production work

• Previous experience in manufacturing, food production or factory roles is beneficial but not essential

• This Production Operative position could be suitable for candidates with experience as a Warehouse Operative, Picker-Packer, Assembly Operative, Factory Operative or Factory Worker

• Counterbalance FLT licence desirable, not essential

• Good attention to detail and a positive, reliable attitude

• Full UK driving licence and own transport essential due to rural location
