Job summary

VanRath in Ballymena is partnering with a well-established manufacturing company to recruit for production roles. You will join a team focused on meeting daily targets, adhering to SHEQ procedures, and participating in ongoing training and improvements. Overtime and Saturdays may be required; standard hours run Monday–Friday with early start options, all within a supportive, safety-conscious environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate as part of the team to meet daily production targets, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
• Follow the company's SHEQ safety, health, environment, and quality procedures.
• Participate in training programmes and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with the Team Leader regarding production progress.
• Maintain a high standard of housekeeping and safety standards in the workspace.
