South Staffordshire Water is seeking a Production Operative at Seedy Mill in Lichfield to support the operation, maintenance and monitoring of water treatment facilities and related infrastructure, ensuring safe, reliable drinking water. You will work as part of a team across booster stations, reservoirs and treatment works.
The role requires hands-on, safety-focused work with weekend duties on a rota and training toward relevant qualifications.

South Staffs Water supplies a population of nearly I.3 million. The area of supply stretches from the edge of Ashbourne in the north, to Halesowen in the south, and from Burton on Trent in the east, to Kinver in the west.
Keeping our water production assets operating safely and efficiently is at the heart of this role. As a Production Operative, you will support the operation, maintenance and monitoring of water treatment facilities, booster stations, pumping stations, reservoirs and associated infrastructure. You will play a key role in ensuring the reliable supply of high-quality drinking water while maintaining the highest standards of health and safety, environmental compliance and site performance.
Please note that this position is on a 6Month Fixed Term Contract.
