Resource Management Solutions is seeking a reliable Production Operative for our client in Redcar. This is an ongoing temporary role with a two-shift rotation (7:00-15:00 / 15:00-23:00), Monday to Friday. The rate is £12.71 per hour, with a shift allowance for the late shift.

You will help achieve daily production targets, operate machinery, and follow safety procedures, with assembly duties and quality checks. There is data entry into Excel and 5S housekeeping as part of the duties.

Qualificações

• Previous experience working in a similar production environment.
• Be able to work on own initiative or part of a team
• Ability to use PC, with knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Operate production machinery and equipment safely to meet daily targets.
• Follow Health & Safety policies and company procedures.
• Carry out assembly work and quality checks.
• Pack and label produced parts per specifications.
• Complete paperwork and downtime reporting for each process.
• Identify and report machine downtime and escalating issues as needed.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping and assist with cleaning plans.
• Input downtime data onto Excel spreadsheets.
