Job summary

Syntech Recruitment Ltd in Wokingham is seeking Production Operatives for a busy production and assembly environment. This is a minimum 4-week temporary assignment starting Monday 7th September with a potential to extend.

You will perform manual assembly of medical device kits, bagging and preparing components, counting, picking and packing, while maintaining a clean, organised workspace and following established processes. Excellent written English and reliability are essential.

• Good counting and basic checking skills.

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, standard day shifts

• Manual assembly of medical device kits
• Bagging and preparing components
• Counting and checking quantities
• Picking and packing products
• General production and assembly work
• Following instructions and established processes
• Ensuring work is completed accurately and to the required standard
• Maintaining a clean and organised working area

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience within a factory, production, assembly, packing or warehouse environment
• A methodical approach with a keen eye for detail
• Good counting and basic checking skills
• Excellent written English
• Reliable, punctual and efficient
• Comfortable working as part of a supervised production team
