Job summary

Micronclean Ltd. is seeking an Operator to work within our production teams in Winthorpe. You will follow established JWIs and SOPs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while supporting colleagues to meet daily KPIs and targets.

The role emphasises adherence to SQCDP standards, safety rules, and a willingness to contribute to continuous improvement. Training will be provided, with opportunities to attend upskilling sessions as offered.

Qualifications

• Meet minimum job role requirements for an Operator.
• Commit to attending team briefings and continuously improving performance.

Responsibilities

• Follow JWIs and SOPs in daily duties.
• Meet daily targets and report any abnormalities promptly.
• Support Team Leader to achieve and exceed targets.
• Maintain SQCDP adherence and site safety rules.
• Be flexible to work in other production areas as needed.
• Contribute to departmental objectives and general tasks.

Job description

Accountable for accurate and efficient following of processes within the department, while consistently achieving individual targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This includes identifying and reporting any process inefficiencies, supporting colleagues in meeting their objectives, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the department.

Main Responsibilities and Duties

• Work in accordance with departmental Job Work Instructions (JWIs) and/or Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Follow the minimum job role requirements for an Operator in your assigned area.
• Attend and actively contribute to team briefings, meetings or initiatives.
• Perform start-up and end-of-shift checks.
• Support your Team Leader in achieving and exceeding daily targets and report any abnormalities promptly.
• Maintain adherence to Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, People (SQCDP) and any other departmental standards and principles.
• Follow all Health and Safety procedures and site rules at all times.
• Consistently meet both internal and external customer expectations.
• Work in any other production departments as and when required.
• Contribute to organisational and departmental objectives.
• Any other tasks or duties reasonably assigned to you.
