Job summary

Morrisons is hiring for a Production Operative to join our busy factory lines in a fast-paced environment. We will train you on a variety of tasks to ensure you produce top-quality products our customers love.

You’ll be part of a team, work on different lines, and help maintain high standards of quality and safety from day one. We’re looking for people who enjoy teamwork, can stay focused on repetitive tasks, and are happy to work in a production setting with varying temperatures.

Qualifications

• Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
• comfortable working in a fast-paced factory setting.
• Must be physically capable and able to stand for long periods.
• Ability to maintain focus on repetitive tasks across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate on busy production lines as required by the shift.
• Learn and perform a variety of tasks to support line efficiency.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and safety requirements.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment and report issues promptly.
