Overview

Production Operative – Salary up to £32,000, plus overtime. Location: Deeside. Employment Type: Permanent. ZETEC Recruitment are working in partnership with a well established manufacturing business to recruit an experienced Production Operative. The main focus of this permanent role is to safely operate production machinery, ensuring products meet quality standards and production targets are achieved. Full training will be provided, although prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment is essential. Shift Pattern: This is a full time permanent role, working Monday-Friday, on a 3 shift rotation.

Responsibilities
  • Operating machinery according to safety and quality procedures
  • Conducting basic equipment checks and reporting any faults
  • Monitor production output to ensure compliance with specifications
  • Complete production documentation and shift reports accurately
  • Work collaboratively with team members and shift leaders
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area
  • Engage in training and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Proven experience in production, manufacturing or warehouse environments
