Job summary

Riverford Organic Farmers in the South Devon countryside is recruiting Production Operatives for a temporary-to-permanent role. Full training will be provided, and previous production or warehouse experience is preferred but not essential.

• Pack fresh fruit and vegetables into customer delivery boxes.
• Prepare produce using biodegradable packaging.
• Carry out quality checks to maintain Riverford's high standards.
• Support recycling and sustainability initiatives across the site.
• Work as part of a team to ensure orders are completed accurately and efficiently.
