Production Operative
Leamington Spa
£13.16 per hour (Temp to Perm)
0730 to 1630, Mon to Thurs & 0730 to 1400 Fri

Production Operative with FLT Counterbalance required, for a well‑established manufacturing business based in Leamington Spa, joining a busy production team due to continued growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for long‑term stability within a growing manufacturing environment.

The Role

The role involves working within a production environment manufacturing chemical‑based product. Accuracy, attention to detail and a strong focus on health & safety are essential. Some manual handling is required. Full training will be provided; however, a valid FLT Counterbalance licence is mandatory.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Loading and mixing of chemicals
  • Decanting and packing finished products for dispatch
  • Operating an FLT Counterbalance
  • Completing production paperwork accurately and on time
  • Maintaining health & safety standards
  • General housekeeping duties within the production area

The successful candidate will start on a temporary contract with the view to permanent after a successful period, where you’ll be rewarded with a permanent contract, 24 days holiday + bank holidays and the opportunity to progress within a growing company.
