Job summary

Fluid Water Group is seeking a production operator to join its Redditch facility. You will operate production machinery, assemble products to spec, and help maintain high quality and safety standards on the line.

You'll work as part of a team, carry out basic quality checks, and assist with stock control while aiming to meet daily targets. Physical stamina for extended standing and manual handling is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of Health & Safety procedures within a manufacturing environment.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling, lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Reliable, punctual and willing to learn new skills.
