Location - Round spinney, Northampton

Pay - £9.25 - £11 per hour

Tempus personnel are currently recruiting production operatives to join our client in round spinney Northampton.

This is a temp to perm position with the opportunity to progress through the company.

Main duties as a production operative are:
  • operating and cleaning assembly and production machinery and also hand-held tools
  • Informing Supervisors of faulty machinery or production issues
  • Monitoring a production or assembly line and conducting basic testing and quality checks
  • Adhering to relevant health and safety regulations when operating machinery and handling products
  • Keeping work areas and the factory floor clean and free from hazardous material
  • Adhering to operational procedures and production timelines

you will be working as part of a team to ensure production continues smoothly.

previous experience is not necessary as full training will be provided.

We are looking for someone that has:
