Job description

Production Operatives – Immediate Start

Location: Minehead

Salary

• £12.21 per hour (Monday to Friday)
• £16.24 per hour (Saturday overtime after 39 hours)
• £18.32 per hour (Sunday overtime)

Hours of Work

• Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00
• Friday: 08:00 – 15:30
• 30-minute break each day

About the Role

Interaction Recruitment are recruiting Production Operatives to join a well-established team in Minehead. No previous experience is required — full, paid training will be provided.

You’ll be responsible for the production and measuring of metal lengths used in bespoke products. This is a long-term opportunity with the potential for full-time employment following a qualifying period.
