Qualifications

• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the role, demonstrating physical stamina and strength.

Job Summary

Assist with certain aspects of the department’s daily routines which are mainly driving a forklift, unloading deliveries, checking that product has been received and maintaining stock levels. The completion of related documentation on a daily basis.

Key Objectives and Functions

• Undertaking duties as a forklift truck driver.
• Unloading deliveries and checking items received.
• Ensuring that both factories are supplied with stock and topping up as necessary.
• Ensuring paperwork is completed accurately on a daily basis.
• Undertaking all related housekeeping duties to keep the store areas clean and tidy.
• Performing work in accordance with company policy, procedure, standard operating procedure and health and safety policy.

Experience

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred, particularly in a distribution environment.
