Job description

Found Industrial are looking for Factory Operatives to work alongside our client in Redhill. The role will include working within the factory as part of a team, following supervisor instructions and always adhering to health and safety. The role is on a temporary basis, with the potential for permanent employment.

The Role of Production Operative:

• Full time, Monday to Friday
• Rotating shift pattern
• Week 1: 5am – 12:30pm
• Week 2: 12:30pm – 8pm

Duties of Production Operative:

• Quality control
• Using small hand tools
• Operating machinery (training provided)
• Ensuring items are manufactured to the highest quality

Requirements for Production Operative:

• Must drive or have own transport due to location and start time
• Good level of written and verbal English required
• Able to stand for long periods
• Eye for detail
