Up to £29,000 per annum, DOE + No Shift Work + 33 Days Holiday + Training and Development

Do you have experience in production/manufacturing, hands on role? Are you looking for dedicated training development and progression within a well‑established company within the aircraft sector?

On offer is an excellent opportunity to join a multibillion turnover aircraft company, to have dedicated training & development and career options with an industry leading EASA 145 facility. As a Production Operative, you’ll play an important part in preparing and processing components as they move through the production cycle. Your responsibilities will include operating production and processing equipment, supporting curing and heat‑treatment processes, carrying out routine checks on equipment and reporting any issues.

Ideally you will be located in a commutable distance to Luton Airport. Applicants from any production/manufacturing/assembly hands on roles are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
