Job summary

Nicholas Associates Group Limited is seeking Production Operatives to join our client's growing team in Driffield. Day shifts and production-focused role with training provided.

Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail and be reliable team players who can maintain hygiene and safety standards. Weekend flexibility is a plus; prior food production experience is beneficial.

Production Operatives Key Responsibilities

• Pack products accurately and efficiently
• Weighing small food products into different sized bags
• Sealing and wrapping products into various packaging
• Conduct quality checks to ensure product integrity
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the production area
• Follow safety and quality guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
