Only 10 Weeks Until Christmas!! Immediate Start! Are you looking for an ongoing temporary role in the manufacturing industry? Our client, a market-leading manufacturing company, are seeking a Production Operative to join their team in Ledbury.

Job Title: Production Operative

Location: Ledbury

Contract Details: Ongoing Temporary Assignment

Hours: Full Time - 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday (with possible overtime)

Salary: £12.50 per hour (weekly pay) & holiday pay

Responsibilities:

• Assembly & Packing - Using hand tools like spanners and battery-operated drills
• Ensuring right-first-time production, meeting customer due dates, and maintaining stringent quality requirements
• Working closely with the team while also demonstrating initiative
• Working to specifications, reading work sheets and engineering drawings, and being computer literate
• Operating machinery safely and productively
• Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness according to health and safety requirements
• Using computer systems effectively
