Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manufacture and assemble components for customer orders and stock.
  • Carry out modifications to stock items as required.
  • Report material or picking errors to the Production Supervisor.
  • Monitor and record consumable usage.
  • Keep work area clean and compliant with health and safety standards.
  • Support the team with end-of-day clean-down and stock management.

gap personnel are recruiting for a Production Operative to join a well-established and growing manufacturing company based in Heathfield Industrial Estate, Newton Abbot.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of an experienced production team, working on the manufacture and assembly of high-quality professional cleaning systems supplied to customers worldwide.

You'll play a key role in the production process, ensuring products are built accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard, while maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manufacture and assemble components for customer orders and stock, following work instructions closely
  • Carry out modifications to stock items as required
  • Report any material or picking errors to the Production Supervisor
  • Monitor and record consumable usage
  • Keep your work area clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards
  • Support the wider team with end-of-day clean-down and stock management
What We're Looking For
