Job summary

Acorn by Synergie is seeking Night Production Machine Operators in Newton Abbot to join a busy production environment. No previous machine operating experience is required as full training will be provided; you will learn to operate and monitor a production machine within the warehouse.

You will be paid £15.25-£16.04 per hour with enhanced overtime, weekly pay, and full training on production machinery. The role offers on-site work, free parking, and opportunities for ongoing work based on

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor a production machine within the warehouse.
• Learn how to safely and efficiently run your assigned machine.
• Monitor the production process and report any issues.
• Check finished products for quality and defects.
• Remove damaged or defective products when required.
• Sort products according to brand requirements.
• Read and follow batch sheet information.
• Operate stacking equipment where required.
• Move and handle products safely.
• Keep your work area clean, tidy and safe.

Night Production Machine Operators

operate one of the production machines within the warehouse, helping to keep the production process running smoothly while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements

Hours of Work

Training:

Sunday to Thursday,

10:30pm-7am

Following training, you will move onto a team working a

3 nights on, 3 nights off shift pattern

with shifts running

7pm-7am

Some shifts will remain on the

Sunday - Thursday pattern 10:30pm - 7am
