Job summary

Stafforce Recruitment is seeking motivated Production Operatives to join our client’s growing manufacturing team. The role focuses on packing, weighing, sealing, and quality checks in a fast-paced environment where cleanliness and safety are essential.

You will work as part of a collaborative crew, maintain high hygiene standards, and contribute to meeting production targets. You will receive full training, and weekend flexibility may be required.

Production Operatives Key Responsibilities

• Pack products accurately and efficiently


• Weighing small food products into different sized bags


• Sealing and wrapping products into various packaging


• Conduct quality checks to ensure product integrity


• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the production area


• Follow safety and quality guidelines


• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets


• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment

Production Operatives Requirements

• Flexibility to work occasional weekends


• Previous experience in food production or a similar environment is a plus
