Acorn by Synergie is recruiting on behalf of Howmet Aerospace, a global leader in engineered metal products for the aerospace, defence, and transportation sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and supportive manufacturing team in Exeter.
Handle and pour molten alloy.
Operate high-pressure washing equipment.
Load furnaces and manage casting components.
Follow strict quality control procedures.
Work in physically active roles in a hot, industrial environment (full PPE provided).
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred but not essential.
Physically fit and comfortable working in hot conditions.
Good spoken and written English.
Attention to detail and safety-focused.
Willing to learn and adaptable to shift work.
£15.51 per hour starting rate (paid breaks included).
Monthly earnings up to £2,600 (gross).
Temporary to permanent opportunities after qualifying period.
