Production Operative - 3-Shift Pattern

Exeter | £15.51 per hour (up to £2,600/month) | Mon-Fri | Temp to PermIntroduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting on behalf of Howmet Aerospace, a global leader in engineered metal products for the aerospace, defence, and transportation sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and supportive manufacturing team in Exeter.

Key Duties

• Handle and pour molten alloy.

• Operate high-pressure washing equipment.

• Load furnaces and manage casting components.

• Follow strict quality control procedures.

• Work in physically active roles in a hot, industrial environment (full PPE provided).

Requirements

• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred but not essential.

• Physically fit and comfortable working in hot conditions.

• Good spoken and written English.

• Attention to detail and safety-focused.

• Willing to learn and adaptable to shift work.

Shift Pattern

• Morning: 6am-2pm.

• Afternoon: 2pm-10pm.

• Night: 10pm-6am.
