Production Operative

Location: Northampton NN6

Salary: £12.21 - £14.00 depending on experience

Working hours: Monday - Thursday 0800 - 1700 / Friday 0900 - 1300

Contract Type: Temp to Perm

About Us

We are looking for experienced shoemakers to join our team. Previous experience in a footwear manufacturing environment is essential. Experience in either Lasting, Making or Shoe Room departments is preferable.

Key Responsibilities

• Focus on ensuring work is to the highest levels of quality
• Toe Lasting
• Edge trimming
• Back part moulding
• Work with Supervisors to address specific quality or production problems where required.
• Ensuring departmental machinery and equipment is kept clear and in good working order.
