Job summary

Acorn by Synergie in Dunkeswell near Honiton is seeking a Night Shift Production Operative, also suitable as a Machine or Manufacturing Operative. This role offers night shifts from 4pm to 2am, Monday to Thursday, with immediate starts and a clear path to permanent employment.

Full training is provided, and we offer competitive hourly pay at £17.50 plus overtime. This is a temporary to permanent position with weekend-free schedule and strong opportunities to develop machine-operating skills

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Night Shift Production Operative to join a successful manufacturing company based in Dunkeswell, near Honiton. This is an excellent opportunity for a Production Operative, Machine Operative or Manufacturing Operative looking for night shift work, excellent rates of pay and the opportunity to secure a permanent position. Full training is provided, with immediate starts available.

Key Duties

• Operate production machinery, with full training provided.
• Work efficiently to achieve production targets.
• Follow all Health & Safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working area.
• Work effectively as part of a busy manufacturing team.

Requirements

• Previous machine operating experience is beneficial.
• Candidates with previous machine operating experience can start on the night shift straight away.
• Candidates without previous experience will receive full daytime training before moving onto the night shift.
• Reliable and punctual approach to work.
• Good attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What We Offer
