Production Operative – Multiple Needs

Location: Desford

Salary: Initially £39,268 rising to £45,869 after a minimum of 3 months

Shifts: 4 on 4 off days and nights

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete start-of-shift safety checks and report any defects or issues to the Shift Manager.
  • Operate and monitor various machines throughout the production process, ensuring correct and safe operation.
  • Ability to carry out manual handling.
  • Quickly resolve stoppages or malfunctions, requesting assistance when necessary.
  • Complete and sign off operator quality checks accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe work area; carry out housekeeping duties as needed.
  • Follow all health and safety rules and regulations.
