Production Operative – Multiple Needs
Location: Desford
Salary: Initially £39,268 rising to £45,869 after a minimum of 3 months
Shifts: 4 on 4 off days and nights

Key Responsibilities:
- Complete start-of-shift safety checks and report any defects or issues to the Shift Manager.
- Operate and monitor various machines throughout the production process, ensuring correct and safe operation.
- Ability to carry out manual handling.
- Quickly resolve stoppages or malfunctions, requesting assistance when necessary.
- Complete and sign off operator quality checks accurately.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe work area; carry out housekeeping duties as needed.
- Follow all health and safety rules and regulations.
Requirements of the Successful Candidate:
- Experience within a manufacturing or construction background.
- Proactively contributes ideas and embraces continuous improvement.
- Takes pride in delivering high-quality work and excellent service.
- Works effectively as part of a supportive, collaborative team.
- Communicates openly, honestly, and with integrity.
- Prioritizes health, safety, and responsibility in all tasks.
- Able to pass a drugs and alcohol test.
